Introduction
The Pravoka Pirates are your second boss encounter and first multi-enemy fight in Final Fantasy 1 Pixel Remaster. Nine pirates led by Captain Bikke block your path in the coastal town of Pravoka. Victory rewards you with a ship to sail the seas.

Strategy
Each pirate has just 24 HP with zero Defense, making them extremely vulnerable to physical attacks. Focus on one pirate at a time to reduce incoming damage quickly.
Battle Plan
- Physical attackers - Target one pirate at a time until dead
- Black Mage - Sleep spell can incapacitate multiple pirates at once
- White Mage - Heal anyone below 30 HP; pirates hit for ~10 damage
Quick Tips
- Sleep is overpowered - Pirates have low Magic Defense (35). One Sleep spell can disable 3-4 pirates, trivializing the fight.
- Zero Defense means big damage - Even your weakest attacker will hit hard against these pirates.
- Low accuracy enemies - Pirates only have 2 Accuracy, so many of their attacks will miss entirely.

After the Battle
After defeating the pirates, Captain Bikke surrenders his ship to the Warriors of Light. This vessel allows you to sail across the ocean, granting access to Elfheim and expanding your exploration of the world map.
